“As I look at the scores and the WOD BOB competition daily, win / lose or get killed, it is really all about living a healthy life. If you stay at it long enough you feel better, you become a better husband, brother, friend, co-worker and so on and you may even get to be athlete of the month.”
“Three months later, I’m still getting stronger, and I feel amazing. My self confidence is growing. I have more energy. I sleep better at night. I am so happy. I love Talon for helping me do things I never thought I could do.”
Weekly features are current competitions and events, Tara’s Pantry, and an inside look into the programming provided by Dennis Cheatham.

I am constantly amazed at how CrossFit has changed my physical abilities. I enjoy how strong I feel and see such a difference in what I can do with ease. We all do CrossFit for different reasons, for me Cousin Camp drives it home every year. I do CrossFit to be better at life!
Special guest Jamie Free discusses his position on Paleo for Elite Athletes, New segment “What Dennis Thinks,” and what everyone should know about nutrition.
