May CrossFit Talon Athlete Of The Month: Aaron Zawislak

IMG_1555

Aaron Zawislak came to CrossFit Talon this winter looking for some supplemental work on his Olympic Lifting. He was considering being competitive with lifting on the Masters circuit and decided to give our Olympic Lifting Specialty Class a try, along with keeping a consistent CrossFit schedule and even trying out Coach Eli’s Endurance classes. Completing the Talon Weightlifting Club’s most recent six week program, he took the silver medal in his division at the Nashville Weightlifting Open last month.
